This hotel in the Wharf area had a fantastic location, surrounded by trendy eateries and close to major attractions. The staff impressed me with their friendliness, making me feel welcomed. My room featured a kitchenette, which was super convenient for snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The rooftop pool provided stunning views—it was a perfect spot to unwind. However, I encountered a significant issue with room cleaning. During my 5-day stay, housekeepers didn't clean my room at all, which was disappointing. I had to request towels and trash removal multiple times. Breakfast options had room for improvement. I’d love to see more gluten-free choices, as there were only a few slices of unwrapped gluten-free bread available. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable thanks to the location and excellent staff.

The kitchenette in the room was a delightful surprise, perfect for late-night snack attacks, complete with a fridge that kept my drinks colder than a penguin's toe!

The oysters at Hank's Oyster Bar were a culinary delight, fresh and brimming with flavor! Plus, I loved the prime location—just a stroll away from vibrant eats at Del Mar and Whiskey Charlie. Can't forget the vibe at breakfast. the staff was as warm as the scrambled eggs!
Our shower didn’t work two mornings, and while the crew fixed it speedy-like, it still made us wait. Also, the breakfast scene fell short on gluten-free options—only some sad, unwrapped slices of GF bread to toast. Aye Aye! Overall, still had a good time despite these hiccups.

Elevator breakdowns caused severe delays during peak times!!! !!! Parking fees at $60 per night make the stay feel overpriced!!! Room cleanliness seemed hit-or-miss, needing more attention!!!
